Fun at the Fair

Today we went to our local Renaissance Fair. The girls have been every year since they came home in 2010.  They live dressing up (I'm Scottish so they like to rock a kilt).  The highlight for them is always seeing the King and Queen and riding the horses.  We did both .

Happy Chinese New Year

Yesterday the girls celebrated the Chinese New Year at school.  They dressed up for the occasion in their Cheongsams.  I packed chinese food in their lunch boxes.  They had a special speaker and made paper lanterns and dragon puppets.
