Referral Anniversary

Three years ago today we drove down to our agencies Florida office to receive our referral.  On the way down we tried to guess what our child would look like, how old they would be and where they were living.  We both had felt in our hearts that we just might be getting twins, but never shared with each other that feeling.  But nothing prepared me for the feelings I would experience when we opened those two red folders and saw the faces of our precious daughters who went from a dream to reality in seconds.
